Bagua Swivel Lounge Chair

BAGUA takes its origin from the ancient octagonal diagram of bagua - the relationship between yin and yang mapped through symbol and geometric form. The eight-sided oak base, enveloping upholstery, and grounded presence of the original remain entirely unchanged. What has been introduced is a concealed swivel mechanism within the base: smooth, silent, invisible in operation. The chair holds its ground as it always has - it simply now also responds to it, turning toward conversation, toward light, toward what the room asks of it.
