Blu Dot is a Minneapolis-based designer and maker of modern home furnishings. They started as three college friends who loved modern furniture but had a problem. The things they liked they couldn’t afford. And the things they could afford, they didn’t like. So they began designing and making the furniture they wanted. Turns out that other people had the same problem, and their products offered a solution – accessible modern design. Sixteen years later, not a lot has changed. They’re still designing things they love. And having a laugh doing it.
