This will also kick off a series of events to celebrate our 10th Anniversary in the industry!

Passion De-Light
A cocktail synonymous with the tropics, sunny days, and a much-needed refreshment; the Passion De-Light garners its title from the luscious fruit.
The flavour begins with vodka perfectly balanced with cucumber to produce a refreshing, cool base. The liquor is sublimely contrasted by the tart and zesty flavours of apple and lime, whilst balancing on a bed of passion fruit that instantly sends your tastebuds roaring.
We suggest garnishing with a strip of cucumber and mint to further accentuate the taste and refreshing qualities.
Earl’s Old Fashioned
Arguably the most famous cocktail ever made and a staple in the repertoire of any distinguished drinker since its genesis in the early 1800s. The Old Fashioned is one of the simplest and most beloved drinks from our cocktail collection.
Our unique touch on the Old Fashioned comes in the form of adding a decidedly British influence to this classic American cocktail. Orange whisky infused with Earl Grey tea leads to its slightly lighter colour, but do not fret, it still provides all those aromatic bitters alongside a distinct vanilla salted caramel flavour that settles nicely into the mix, reinforcing that sharp whisky taste.
We recommend serving with an orange slice or peel to complement the orange whisky.
Passion De-Light
