Milan Dinner 2025

It is our pleasure again this year to host another fantastic dinner inviting our long time brand representatives and beloved clients from Hong Kong.

It was a night of festivities rekindling old relationships and making new connections with industry individuals.

This year we hosted our dinner at El Brellin situated on the canal Naviglio Grande.

Brellin’s cuisine enhances the traditional flavors of Milan.

Traditional Milanese cuisine meets some of their chef’s reinterpretations, ensuring maximum authenticity.

El Brellin is renowned for its historical significance occupying a 1700s house with fireplaces and coffered ceilings.

El Brellin overlooks the Naviglio Grande and the picturesque Vicolo dei Lavandai

where washerwomen once arrived with their buckets and, kneeling on the wooden “brellin,” rubbed their customers’ clothes on the “stone brelle.”

Next to the washhouse stood the old grocery store where washerwomen once stocked up on hot water, brushes and soap. The premises of the old grocery store, run by Maria Bambina until the 1950s, now house “El Brellin” Restaurant and Cafe, which have kept the atmosphere of the place intact.

It was truly a night to be remembered and Archetypal wishes to continue this hotsing tradition for many more years to come. We thank everyone who attended our event and we hope to catch up with you in Hong Kong soon.
