One Central Place – Moty’s Design | Residential Project

One Central Place stands as a beacon of elevated city living, a new luxury residential development by Sino Group located in the core of Hong Kong's prestigious Central district. The project is specifically designed to cater to the discerning modern professional, offering a refined, contemporary, and highly connected lifestyle just moments from the city’s major MTR stations.

The interior design of the residences was masterfully crafted by Moty’s Design. Their vision translated the building’s prime location and sophisticated atmosphere into elegant and timeless living spaces. The 121 residences—ranging from one- to three-bedrooms—feature a design ethos centered on luxurious materiality, clean lines, and abundant natural light.

Crucially, the floor-to-ceiling glazing provides residents with stunning, cinematic views of the Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong skyline, integrating the dynamic urban landscape into the living experience.

To complement the refined and luxurious interior design, Moty’s Design selected the exquisite Gem lighting collection by giopato&coombes. The Gem collection is not merely illumination; it is a series of 'light sculptures' whose design philosophy is deeply rooted in purity and poetic narrative, drawing inspiration from the celestial journey "To the Moon and Back."
