For 3 Days of Design 2026, J. Adams & Co. fully occupied the historic Copenhagen pavilion of Møller & Rothe, transforming the space into an immersive exhibition dedicated to the Apex Collection. Over three inspiring days, the British lighting studio unveiled the latest additions to the collection—including the Apex Linear, Double Linear, and Vertical Pendants, alongside the Apex Floor and Apex Slim Wall—within an intimate, cohesive setting that allowed pure craftsmanship and material weight to take centre stage. By exploring the quiet synergy between refined architectural detailing and structural form, this presentation marked a memorable milestone that beautifully bridged British manufacturing with contemporary Danish design.

Anglepoise

British lighting brand Anglepoise debuts at the festival with an installation inspired by the brand's focus on heritage. Alongside a preview of the new Original 315 Desk Lamp, the exhibition features new additions to existing collections, such as the Type 80 range designed by Kenneth Grange and a new blue and black colorway of the Original 1227 Desk Lamp that references 1930s designs. Also on display will be a 70-year-old lamp previously passed from father to son that the brand has restored.

Resident

At 3 Days of Design this year, New Zealand design brand Resident presented Room for Resonance — a captivating, immersive exhibition curated by Asca Studio and Relief Gallery that framed furniture, lighting, and textiles as a unified, cohesive environment designed not just to be seen, but to be felt. The brand successfully launched the striking Cadre and Avant seating families, released the elegant Sacha Chair upholstered in Kvadrat Febrik Regos, and offered an exclusive preview of the Bloom Candleholder.

Viccarbe

At 3 Days of Design 2026, Viccarbe captured the global community within the FRAMING exhibition at Odd Fellow Palace, showcasing an open installation conceived as a space for connection, where design unfolds through atmosphere, materiality and human interaction. The presentation highlighted Luca Pevere’s modular Missiva system, Meike Harde’s tactile Cubow seating, and Monica Armani’s organically flexible Manto chair. Accompanied by Patricia Urquiola’s leather-based Burin tables, Palomba Serafini Associati’s Noha Cantilever, and Piero Lissoni’s elegant Perxa, this exceptional showcase beautifully demonstrated how contemporary furniture can seamlessly transform collaborative and lounge environments.

Flos

At the Martin Asbæk Gallery in Copenhagen, Flos presented NOCTURNE, a cinematic, site-specific installation designed by Konstantin Grcic to unveil his new lighting collection. Drawing inspiration from the strangely artificial, illuminated-floor scene in Stanley Kubrick’s cult classic 2001: A Space Odyssey, the space flattened shadows to evoke a calm yet otherworldly atmosphere. Within this surreal setting, where minimalist furniture was merely suggested as faint images on glass, the Nocturne lamps existed beautifully between presence and illusion—simple, quiet, and profoundly open to interpretation.

Secolo and TABLEAU

For 3 Days of Design 2026, Secolo partnered with TABLEAU to present The Drawing Room, an installation merging art and spatial experimentation. The centerpiece, Trace Modular, is a monumental ten metre sofa that transforms seating into an architectural landscape, inviting guests to interact with the environment alongside TABLEAU’s intuitive "blind drawing" floral motifs.

Bankston

In partnership with FOR SCALE, Bankston returns to 3 Days of Design with an immersive exhibition celebrating the art of TOUCH, showcasing collaborative architectural hardware collections by Sans-Arc, Edition Office, Civilian, and YSG Studio. Reflecting on the power of tactile experience in an increasingly intangible world, the installation explores how physical touch teaches us "how to handle" our environment. Through compelling spatial design and material exploration, Bankston frames touch not merely as a sensation, but as a vital form of connection that grounds us in the present while shaping how we experience space.
